Our Engineered Crack Injection Process
We seal your foundation from the inside out using commercial-grade polymers.
We do not guess when it comes to structural integrity. Diego evaluates the type of crack (settling vs. shrinkage) and selects the exact chemical compound required to permanently fuse the concrete and stop the hydrostatic pressure.
Port Installation & Sealing
We begin by cleaning the crack and installing specialized injection ports along its entire length. We then apply a high-strength surface seal to ensure the injected liquid polymer stays inside the wall.
Polyurethane Injection
For active water leaks and non-structural cracks, we inject liquid polyurethane under high pressure. When it contacts moisture inside the wall, it expands up to 20 times its volume, creating a flexible, permanent, water-tight gasket.
Structural Epoxy Welding
For cracks threatening structural stability, we inject two-part epoxy resins. Once cured, this material is actually stronger than the surrounding concrete, permanently welding the foundation back together and preventing further shifting.
