Our finished basement was flooded through the basement door due to heavy rain and insufficient water drainage outside door. Once I contacted Diego, he immediately showed up and investigated the drainage and the damage in my basement. He explained how to take care of my flooded basement to avoid extra expenses. Then, he suggested solutions to prevent the flooding in the future. Eventually, we decided to install a floor drain outside the door and a sump pump system in the basement. Diego patiently explained how the system will be installed to function effectively while keeping everything inside and outside the house looking good. He also proposed several options to hide the sump pump system within a custom-made cabinet in the basement. Eventually, we agreed on a two-part closet as shown in the pictures. The bottom part contained the pump system, and the top part was for storage. During the design process, Diego listened all my questions and considered all my requests carefully, and incorporated everything I requested in the design. Diego is very friendly, and customer oriented, and also very knowledgable and intelligent. Therefore, there were no delays or misunderstandings in generating the design. Once we agreed on the work, he immediately sent an itemized quotation. I like this approach, as it keeps all the costs transparent. Once we agreed on the price, Diego scheduled the work and his team finished everything on time. I was also impressed by his team, as they asked me at several steps if everything was the way I wanted. Also, before making the full payment, Diego further made sure that I was happy with the work and the quality was good. Well, everything was perfectly done on time. Overall, excellent professionalism and customer care, and high quality service. They completed the work within 3 days, consistent with our initial discussion from Diego’s estimate. The team is very professional in conducting their work. They would also come on time and leave on time. The work that they have done is excellent (feel free to check out the photos in this review). I am about to see how good the waterproofing is. So far, we have not had water leaks in the basement. The team will come back in April to work on the water outlet outside. I can give another update by then with regards to waterproofing.
