Its design maintains a consistent 5/8″ gap between the footer and replacement slab, creating a waffle pattern that channels water efficiently beneath the surface while supporting the concrete above.

Installed directly on the footer and extending over the drain system, PolyCove eliminates the need for gravel on the footer – reducing resistance and enhancing water flow.
By extending up the wall, it protects weep holes and directs moisture from the foundation wall into the drainage system.

Manufactured from Ultra-High Molecular Weight (UHMW) thermoplastic, PolyCove offers exceptional durability and flexibility, bending or folding as needed without cracking.
